Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 139 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 139 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of your account information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 139 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You should log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
Users of the 139 platform are required to comply with all stipulated usage rules. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
All financial transactions on the 139 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you use are legitimate and belong to you.
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform for each payment method. 139 accepts deposits via FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers. All deposits are subject to anti-fraud checks, and 139 reserves the right to request proof of funds before processing any unusual transactions.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 139 account holder. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements stated separately. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the specified wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.
139 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. 139's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
139 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance, while unexpected outages will be resolved as quickly as possible.
139 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that do not meet the qualifying criteria) will be returned to the user through the established review process.
All content on the 139 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 139 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 139.
139 may utilise gaming software and services from third-party providers. 139 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Any technical issues directly related to a provider's software will be referred to the relevant party, and users will be kept informed of the resolution status.
In the event of any conflict between 139's terms and those of a third-party provider, 139's terms shall take precedence to the extent that they govern the relationship between 139 and its users.
139 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 139 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
